Scope of work:  Report directly to the Managing Director.  Review the current company procedure, systems and propose changes as required,  Assist Business Development team for looking projects.  Manage the design of the projects through closely working with our in-house design team in Hong Kong and stake holders Architect.  Monitor pre-contract stage of the projects.  Liaise with the client representative  Conduct site survey to confirm as built drawing provided by client  Handling and solve technical issues arises on site during pre and post construction stage  Check the FF&E specified by design team to make sure that within the budget of client.  Review all the approved shop drawings by client  Manage all aspect of the project, Functional specification and scope definition, budget, manpower allocation, Site status report and meetings, Effective understand reliability methodologies and enforce project implementation standard.  Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures, Manage exposure and risk on site, Enforces Scope Change Management Policies, Ensures site documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.  Carry out other tasks that may be assigned by MD.  Study Value Engineering of all the projects and make a presentation to MD and stake holder as necessary.  Give a technical assistance to other staffs in other countries where the projects is on-going.  Assist Liaison officer for taking business permits and affiliation to contractor association body.
