Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Manage and mentor a team of Junior and Senior Quantity Surveyors.
• Prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts.
• Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of monthly applications for payment and variations.
• Establish and implement an effective progress monitoring system for work progress valuation.
• Resolve Supplier’s and Subcontractor’s commercial related issues through correspondence and meetings.
• Prepare and submit monthly accruals report to Project Director, Commercial Director and Head Office.
• Measure, value and submit contract variation cost proposal in accordance with project variation procedure.
• Advice procurement, engineering and construction team of strategy in optimizing cost savings.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and valuations, ensuring alignment with agreed terms and conditions.
• Interface with project and client teams to provide appropriate solutions in addressing contractual and commercial issues.
• Oversee commercial aspects of the project, ensuring effective cost management from inception to finish.
• Collaboration with other project stakeholders.

Project: Red Sea Maritime Life Institute (RSMLI) - Tabuk, KSA

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identify and resolve commercial issues.
• Project cost control and management.
• Manage project cash flow.
• Set up and implement effective progress monitoring system for work progress valuation.
• Address commercial and contractual issues during Client’s project progress meeting.
• Advice procurement, engineering and construction team of strategy in optimizing cost savings.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
•Provide commercial report to Group Commercial Manager and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on regular basis.
•Valuation of work progress and timely submission to Client.
•Identify and valuing of potential value engineering and positive variation items.
•Analyze project expenditures and develop strategy to optimize cost savings.
•Provide support to Project Director in respect to commercial aspect associated with the project.
•Attend project commercial meetings and provide action for commercial issues.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
•Increase project revenue by 27% (circa QAR 300 Million) through approval of variation cost claim.
•Provide commercial report to Commercial Manager and Project Director on regular basis.
•Establish various sub-contract agreements in FIDIC form of contracts.
•Produce Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in POMI format and contract documents.
•Administer various type of subcontracts from inception to finish.
•Lead the selection and procurement of MEP subcontract works packages.
•Manage a team of quantity surveyors and share with them the best practices.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
•Scrutinize project disputes relating to commercial aspect and recommend solution to CEO and Board of Directors.
•Report to Board of Directors and CEO the actual financial situation of the project with justifications.
•Deploy a team of Quantity Surveyor to work extra hours throughout weekends and evenings during project critical period.
•Substantiate the unapproved variation cost claim and uncertified works progress.
•Involve in dispute resolution and help the company regain its positive position.

Project: Al Marain Sales Depot and Cold Storage - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
•Work at headquarter office with western teammates and assist in solving the commercial and contractual issues of various projects on hand.
•Perform cost analysis and cost control on various projects.
•Involve in pre-contract activities and provide measure and valuation of scope of works.
