Mega Iconic Project, 840, 000 sqm Island, 400, 000 m2 BUA, 134 buildings, 20 billion SAR, is an 824 key tourist luxury destination in the Red Sea, developed in 6 clusters featuring 5-star hotels, villas, Yacht Club, sport facilities, 148 yacht marina, 9-hole golf course, utilities compound. Appointed as a Project Director to lead the project and the supervision teams to achieve a tight completion date. I have redefined the construction strategy to optimize production amid tight resources and complex logistics.

• Katara Twin Towers Hotel - Five and Six-star hotel with artificial island, designated one of the top projects in the world. U$D 1.3 billion, BUA 308, 000 m2. Appointed to achieve a tight construction schedule toward meeting completion for 2022-football world cup. I have managed the PMC, the site supervision team, coordination with high level government offices and the hotels operators. I oversaw budget, program, HSE, quality, testing, commissioning, handover, occupation and transition into the operations stage.

• Sealine Beach Resort - Five-star 77-key resort, 349, 309 m2 full renovation and addition of 18 beach villas, landscape and swimming pools.

• Doha Marriot Hotel - Five-star 378-key Resort Hotel on a plot of 59, 709 m2 with a total built-up area of 62, 775 m2. Façade demolition and full-fledged renovation of rooms, public area, exteriors and landscape.

• ISF Project, Qatar. 6 billion U$D, BUA 2 million 364 stores, Olympic multipurpose football stadium, 5 Star hotel, 200 religious, STP and DCP. I took over to instigate a change due to poor design progress.

• Ritz Carlton Hotel - Qatar.QAR300 million. Fit out/ expansion of 25th story tower. Took over to jump start construction activities, mostly on hold because of technical issues. Negotiated EOTs and claims with minimum cost/ impact, split the delivery into sub-phases to advance the Hotel’s operation.

• Project Management Office - MENA multibillion projects. I prepared technical and commercial proposals, go/ no go analysis, risk evaluation, viability, execution strategies, recruitment and deployment plans, organization charts, project management plans and procedures, forecast of workforce requirements.

• Al Rayyan Hills - Yemen. U$D 600 million, BUA 270, 000 m2. Apartment blocks, high-end villas, 5-star hotel, offices, retail, religious buildings and community centre. I was appointed to develop a strategy toward meeting imminent deadlines constrained by delay in procurement of materials and poor site production. I implemented a change in materials specifications to purchase mostly in the local market to accelerate delivery.

• Al Huara Costal Resort - Tánger, Moroco. $1 billion, BUA 514, 000 sqm. Developed over 234 hectares of landscaped area and extending along 2.5 km of coastline, this mixed used project is meant to be developed in five progressive stages, the first one comprising of 52 beach villas, 1 beach six-star palace, 111 beach apartments, a golf course and a golf club house.

• Barwa Financial District - Qatar. $1.5 billion, BUA 240, 000 sqm. A complex of ten state-of-the-art buildings. Located near downtown is built on a 71, 697M2 site. The completed development comprises office spaces, retail, and a 380 key-five-star hotel, comprised of 8 high-rise buildings, from 15 to 53 floors.

• Musheireb Project - Khartoum, Sudan. Thirty number of buildings, Estimated cost $600, 000, BUA 150, 000 sqm. Khartoum, Sudan on the Nile River water frontage, to be built in four phases, comprising a five-star hotel and residential high- and low-rise buildings, and retail.

• Nile Corniche Project - Cairo, Egypt. Five-star-Three Tower Hotel. Budget $1 billion, BUA 197, 000 sqm. A mixture of hotel space comprising a blend of 226 standard hotel guest rooms and 60 hotel suites as well as 98 hotel serviced apartments and 16 luxury residential apartments located in the 36-storey south Tower 2.

• Ibn Hani Bay Beach Resort - Latakia, Syria. Beach Resort, Budget $600, 000, 000. BUA 300, 000 sqm. To be built in four phases, the project is located 11 Km north of the city of Latakia, lying on 244, 000m2 of prime seafront land on the Mediterranean Sea. It is to be developed as a mixed-use beach resort, comprising a five-star hotel, beach residential villas, garden villas, townhouses, commercial buildings, time-share apartments, amenities and marina.

Craiova Shopping Mall: €140 Million, 250, 000 m2. State-of-the-art shopping mall. Managed the construction of the enabling package, prepared tender documents for upcoming work, managed internal inspections and coordinated design review and variation orders, chaired HSE meetings.

• Represented and promoted the company PM services. Managed relationship with clients, prepared proposals for public/ private projects, go/ no-go analysis, tendering strategies, feasibility and profitability analysis, started up joint ventures/ alliances, improved the company's award ratio, negotiated claims and additional services. Prepared delivery strategies, cost and deployment plans, procured consultants and contractors. Managed the performance of site teams.

Business Park. €80 million, 110.000 m2. Eight office 800 meters road, companies.

Mixed-Use Commercial Park. €300 million. Shopping areas, four-star hotel, ancillary outdoor areas, areas.

Health Care Centre, enlargement from 40 to 60 beds, upgrade of existing MEP, façade and quality: €10 million, warehouse buildings, steel structure and façade sandwich panels: €6 Million.

I managed the preparation of proposals and improved the rejection ratio, prepared deployment plans, improved benefits via constructability analysis and VE, managed sites profitability and client satisfaction. Negotiated contracts with subs and suppliers, improved benefits, set up alliances/ joint ventures to gain competitive advantages. Four-star hotels, government schools and residential projects.
