In this time there aren't too much job for Site Civil Engineer and I set-up a
haberdashery for my wife and during this period I was looking for a job in Spain or other countries.

July '09-Sept '12 OGENSA: Site Manager: Section of the high speed railway

Work in "Expansion of the existing railway to complete a platform of high speed rail way with train traffic"

* Move of 700.000 m3 of land.
* Extent 14 drainage works, two underpasses and a structure that must be
piloted.

In December 2011: I visited Colombia to study different works subject to bid in January 2012 in Bogotá, Cali, Buenaventura and Medellín.

My job as an Engineer specialized in Civil Construction with over 25 years of experience in Spain was in railway, high speed railway (Drainage, RC/structures) , urbanization, motorway, highways(Drainage, Paving, RC/structures) and bridges “in situ” and prefabricated, deep foundations and deep drains, pipe line and pumping stations, earthworks and Big Structures

Responsible for budgets from £500, 000 to £65, 000, 000, managed teams from 12 to 60 people

During sometime I worked at the bidding´s project in Spain and Latin America.

My work consisted of:

• The day to day management of this site, including the direction and control of the workforce of the site and the work of subcontractors
• Monitor quality control issues, health and safety on site.
• Execution of work according to the project.
• Work, planning and organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.

Nov '99-March '08 AZVI, S.A: Site Civil Engineer

In this company I have worked in different works which I detail below:
* Responsible for the road, building 13 structure with prefabricated beams and pillar. These foundations was building with piles
* Site Manager in a supply watter building 16 Km of piping iron with diameter 600
mm with two pumping station
* Responsible for the rail way underpass, building 750 metres of cut-cover false
tunnels and the structural railroad station
* Site Manager of the highway on the mountain where blasting was necessary
* Site Manager in the demolition and reconstruction of a bridge piloted on a
motorway with traffic
* Site Manager on High Speed Railway in structure and execution firm
