• Rebuilt a full production line in house in a record time of 3 weeks, achieving a time reduction of 60 % generating savings of 1.4 Million US$. Led the productivity plan for the Fem Care Operation generating savings of 720M US$.
• New site construction in Venezuela 74.000 sq ft with an investment of over 22 million US$.
• Led several Kobetsu Kaisens (focus improvement projects) to improve the operation in the Fem Care module. Implemented the use of Lean Manufacturing and TPM methodologies. Saved 150M US$ yearly in the day-to-day operation
• Leader of site multifunctional team. HSE Coordinator. Planned and executed different improvement and increase speed projects in manufacturing site. Achieved 30 % speed increase allowing product exportation capability to Latin America.
• Administrated contracts. Selected and qualified contractors, supervised contract execution, identified and manage changes, negotiated and resolved conflicts as well as changes and claims. Deployed roles & responsibilities in the team.
Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance management. Spare parts inventory and control.
• Built, organized and Start up of the Electrical & instrumentation Maintenance Department in a new Plant. Trained seven Technicians on the production lines technology to assure zero downtime
• Trained the operational team on the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology. Increasing process reliability from 70% to above 85 % level obtaining savings of US$ 1.8MM yearly.
• Produced yearly savings of US$ 300M by decreasing operational expenses and downtime in the production lines.
• Designed and installed different improvements projects in the productions lines following lean manufacturing methodologies.
