• • Oversees the administration of the vice president’s office; sets priorities; enforces regulations; monitors procedures and recommends changes as appropriate.
• Performs complex and confidential secretarial duties relating to Finance personnel issues; maintains confidential and sensitive information
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the office of the VP for Finance.
• Organizing and maintaining files and records pertinent to the Department.
• Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments of the Vice President.
• Managing projects’ contracts and files for safe keeping.
• Preparing and editing correspondences, reports and presentations.
• Maintains the vice president’s appointment schedule; makes travel arrangements; manages the vice president’s unit calendar of events.

• Prepares the reminder’s list and checks the list one by one - follow up things to accomplish in order to lessen the list based on its top priority.
