Ensure proactively manage the timely application & renewal of all Employment Visas and Labor Permits.
Assist the company and the employees with visa arrangements in Embassies.
Managing renew the company related licenses prior to their expiry date.
Submit detailed reports related to visa expenses to the finance department.
Submit required documentation to the banks and process bank transactions as advised by the Finance Manager.
Manage to submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to visas, employment or residence visas, car registrations, Trade License, labor permits, export license, economic license, foreign license, etc
Liaison with different departments within the company to facilitate shipments.
Manage customers and vendors in the cost effective delivery of logistical requirements.
Create and maintain contact with customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions of a firm or organization. Responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources
Dispatched the items from the delivery and maintained stocks.
