Training Plans - Complete learning need analysis process and identify learning needs for assigned departments in line with business strategy. Monitor the use of learning budget and regularly flag discrepancies to unit head. Ensure learning objectives are met and are being transferred on the job.
Sourcing Trainers - Assist in sourcing high quality trainers, conducting due diligence and negotiating trainer fees.
Delivering Trainings - Deliver part of the new joiner’s orientation program, induction of interns, performance management training to employees and contribute to peer training initiatives.
Logistics - Coordinate the implementation of learning plans by overseeing the logistics process and ensuring it is carried out in a smooth manner. Organize and coordinate on-the-job and internal training initiatives.
Performance Management Program - Contribute to training staff on building SMART objectives, managing own performance and conducting effective reviews. Play an advisory role to staff. Contribute to calibration when needed. Oversee the update of performance management database.
Internship Program - Manage the internship process and ensure compliance with policies.
Reporting - Produce learning and performance management related reports periodically.

Job Descriptions - Assist in developing job descriptions.
Interview Coordination - Oversee the interview coordination process including scheduling interviews, collecting interview feedbacks, compiling feedbacks and ensure that all candidate records are updated in the recruitment database.
Sourcing Candidates - Assist in establishing relationships with recruitment agencies, universities and professional societies in order to have an adequate flow of candidates. Screen CVs and make recommendations.
Interviewing - Interview candidates and make recommendations.
Recruitment Processes - Conduct reference checks, collect necessary documents to prepare employment offers, prepare and publish new joiner announcements. Organize and deliver induction. Oversee the probation assessment and confirmation letters issuance process.
Organization Charts & Headcount - Produce organization charts and headcount reports monthly and recruitment related reports periodically.
