Collaborate with the team to conduct large drives and to drive the fulfilment engine to shorten the time to
hire talent.
Conducted offer negotiation, defined process and provided timeline setting up right expectations to the
candidate.
Delivered weekly status call of hiring to the SPOC and client project leadership, represented relevant data
and suggested creative ideas for the growth of numbers in terms of Hiring
