Lead and supervise a Project Management Consultant
(PMC) team of fifteen professionals in the area of
Planning/Scheduling, Risk, Changes, Document Controls and Reporting
Accountable for a Consultant team of sixty professionals, managing overall program related Planning/Scheduling, Risks, Changes, Cost and Budget and Reporting to Executive Management of Qatar Rail
Lead and supervise a Project Management Consultant (PMC) team with twelve professionals in the area of Planning/Scheduling, Risks, Changes, Document Controls and Reporting
Seconded from DB International to Qatar Rail for Qatar Railways Development Program.
Management and preparation of Cost and Budget Estimations, Working Breakdown Structure (WBS), Resource Planning, development of Budget Guidelines
Acting for Qatar Railways Developmment Program (QRDP)
Member of Task Force to set up QRDC (Qatar Railways Development Company); set up of Program Management Office (PMO), preparation of a Preliminary Business Plan, preparation and management of a contractual basis between QRDC and Qatar Rail, Performance Reports
