• Data Validation and Reconciliation - The company maintains different ERP systems for management of orders and payments. I am responsible for regular syncing and validation of data across multiple systems.
• Order Management - Ensuring timely fulfillment of orders by daily monitoring and dealing with all issues related to an order before shipping.
• Validation of payment for orders before shipping - Ensure orders are fully paid before they are shipped out.
• Directly monitored sales via a vendor for the product.
• Generation of daily reports and dashboards- Maintenance of company dashboard and time to time generation of reports such as payment disputes report, monthly shipping report, monthly delivery report, pending payment report, fully paid report, refund report.
• Formulation of Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) for Finance, Order Management and Logistics, procurement and HR.

• Received the Excellerator Award, a national level award for excellent contribution to firm, for the first and third quarter of 2016.
