Overall view and support of the Economic Recovery and Development (ERD) Program
management including livelihoods activities, temporary income activities, cash based
response, and agricultural activities, by providing technical and operation support.

outcomes and supporting partners with learning and any needed capacity building.

response of the needs of communities IRC is serving.
❖ Provide ongoing support to ERD staff, coaching and capacity development
opportunities.

❖ Represent IRC at coordination meetings including Syria Resilience Consortium meetings,
