The Executive Health program is a new self-pay program at CCAD. I started off the program with its Director as a team of two. I began preparing from scratch the program's back and front end in mid-July 2015. Our first patient came in September that same year.
My main role started off by making initial contact with potential patients, introducing what we offer in the program, discussing the packages and arranging their day at the clinic. Furthermore, I am also responsible for ensuring their day goes according to the agreed plan, by liaising with all the various departments included in the patient's individual itinerary. I also worked on their financial estimate letters together with our senior financial counselor. I was also entrusted to take all post-visit follow-up calls and recommendations.
As it is a new program, I was entrusted to build and enhance its workflows with each passing week. Each patient brought with him a new experience which helped improve the program to where it is today.
Alongside the above, I also acted as an advisor on what additional services we can offer that benefit our patients (both pre and post-visit). Basically, acting as a team leader amongst all the departments involved.
Before I left CCAD, I created a step by step manual for training new caregivers who will join the program to help them better understand and implement the objectives I worked on.
Teaching mainstream and inclusion classes across the board all sciences, and coordinating the science department students and staff. In addition, performing the role of the health specialist taking care of both regular and special needs cases.
