- Search for the products that our customers are seeking for in the available market. o Coordinate Deals closing for our customers from A to Z internally & externally
- Provide Property Inspection and price study for the sellers to give them an advice where to stand in the market with their product.
- Arrange meetings between buyer & Seller for the transaction process and details. o Schedule appointments with prospective buyers to show them the products we have o Answer the customer questions and needs.
- Promote sales properties through advertisements
- Managing the day to day coordination of the social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, twitter, etc ...)
- Support and provide online service to our clients through social media o Monitoring the statistics of each campaign.
- Writing & creating articles, adds.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as costing, stocking, etc...
- Preparing market reports on daily/weekly basis
- Follow up & updates on stock/outlet, availability and quality.
- Preparing average statistics of market demand and stock
