- Manage QA and HSE Updates contents and its documentations through Intranet and network shared drives.

- Communicate to departments for their Monthly Dashboard (KPIs’) updates and publish.
- Create/modify presentations (powerpoint) training materials such as Six Sigma Green Belt Training Program, Audits, Strategic Planning, Quality Induction, Management Review and others miscellaneous presentations & reports as required by the QHSE Director.
- Facilitate communication between relevant departments, clients and disseminate all necessary information’s as possible.
-Manage and coordinate with travel department for travel plans, itineraries, visa’s, expenses and travel-related documents
- A focal point of QA. Overall administrative and office support.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO QHSE DIRECTOR
-Closely engaged in assisting QHSE Director Trainings such as Strategic Planning (Brainstorming Sessions), Six Sigma Training, Internal Audit and related trainings as conducted.
-Arrange, coordinate and prepare all necessary materials for trainings and ensure attendees attendance.
-Manage his outlook calendar schedule meetings/appointments.
-Assist in planning and organising visits of selected suppliers for audits and visitors.
