Ensures the quality of all documents submitted by the sales team for credit card application purposes
Reviews and analyze the system data that is entered in the system to ensure the correctness of the data and approvals made prior to the disbursal of the customer credit card
Extracting Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB) reports when it is required.
Undertaking of risk assessment analysis of customer application to ensure the the client's capability in paying
Evaluation of client's credit data and financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk involved in lending them
Conferring with credit associations and references (World Check, AECB, EMCREDIT, etc.)
Providing quality service for internal customers through undertaking risk assessment
Meet team targets on a daily basis while maintaining high degree of accuracy
• Conducts training programs for the company’s sales force.
• Coordinates with Partner Operation Heads with regards to their training needs or requests.
• Monitors the performance of the Partner Operation Heads’ sales team and make necessary actions to further improve productivity.
• Part of the team that also handles the marketing operations of the company.
• Conducts training programs as per the needs of the company.
• Creates training modules that is fit to the needs of the company.
• Conducts monthly branch visits to get updates from them and also identify specific needs of each one.
• Assists in the preparation, coordination of venues/logistics and training providers/facilitators and ensures the smooth flow of training programs for the company.
• Prepares, releases and follows-up the invitation and confirmation memos for the training programs of the company.
• Conducts a competency improvement check with the immediate superiors of the attendees to the training programs and prepares a summary report.
• Sources and recruits student trainee applicants. • Endorses the shortlisted student trainee applicants to the requesting departments for selection.
• Conducts job offer and orientation for the hired student trainees.
• Prepares all the student trainees documentation.
• Endorses newly hired employees and student trainees to their respective departments.
• Prepares monthly reports which pertains to training and student trainees.
