Checks / verifies the drawings and specification.
•Check shaft to shaft alignment of pumps and motors
•Check and familiarize construction details and project specification
•Check the report for plumbness and levelness of vertical and horizontal equipment
•Check anchor bolt / hole settings
•Inspects lay-out for grouting of padding plate and anchor bolts of compressor
•Insures that all incoming materials are inspected against P.O. and Packing List.
•Conducts Visual and Dimensional inspection and ensures that Heat and Tag numbers are marked on materials.
•Check the alignment of conveyor belt
•Make a report for all finished erected vessels and rotating equipment
•Assist Vendor service man with their commissioning activities and verify and record same.
•Check shimming and grouting.
