• Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action as per International/Local standard and Project Specification.
• Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements, and international practice.
• Prepare report any works carried out by the contractor found to not be in accordance with approved drawing and specifications and report to stakeholders for appropriate action.
• Daily supervision & monitoring of the quality of works and assess the safety at the site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual / QCS 2014/ KAHRAMAA specifications and safety and health risk assessments.
• Responsible for the site work implementation and documentation in order to achieve the project target completion date.
• Identify material sources and conduct a material inspection and ensure conformity with specifications & standards on receipt at the site through MIR (Material Inspection Report).
• Conduct Routine inspections & Tests on materials & workmanship as per ITP & Method statement for conformance and maintain records. Identify, calibrate, and maintain a Master List of Testing and Measuring Equipment.
• Attending Inspection Requests for underground installation of 11KV, 33KV, and 133KV cable laying, backfilling, cable tiles & warning tape installation, and cable route marker installation.
• Attending to testing and commissioning of all Electrical equipment from 240 volts to 11KV System and 33KV to 133KV.
• Testing and commissioning of RMU, FEEDER PILLAR, DB, EDB, SMDB, ESMDB, MDB, EMDB, ATS, UPS, and Motor Control Center.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of Fire Alarm System, Intrusion Alarm System, CCTV System, LPG System, Disable Alarm System, Access Control System, Central Battery System, Parking Guidance and Management System, BMS system.

Philippine Arena, Philippine Sports Stadium & Philippine Sports Center Project, Ciudad de Victoria - Bocaue, Bulacan, Philippines
•To support Project /Site MR (Project QC Manager) in QMS, QA & QC Activities.
•Assist Site Management in effective implementation of approved ITPs and QMS procedures.

•Lead and Communicate with Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule as it pertains to MEPF’s.
•Represent NSJBI with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors.
•Administer financial aspects of the Owner’s contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
•Build effective working relationships with clients and the NSJBI project team members
Project Start-Up.
•Review the general contract and contract documents and confirm the budget setup and project milestones in conjunction with Project Lead.
•Create a schedule of values and project logs, plan for project safety and mobilization, including review and validation with team members.

•Maintain the busy schedule, write scopes of work, distribute and log subcontracts, write required contract riders and purchase orders, and confirm compliance with project insurance requirements.

Saudi Aramco Total Refining Petrochemical Company (SATORP) - Jubail Export Refinery Project, Package 7 Permanent Infrastructure, Jubail Industrial City II, KSA
•Assigned to SATORP Project Commissioning Department as Electrical Commissioning Engineer for all Electrical Equipment, Fire & Gas System and other Electrical/Instrument Services in all Permanent Infrastructure under Package 7.
•Prepare all EPCC Contractor’s Technical & Document Submittals for approval for the Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Scope of work (Procedures, Mark-up Dwgs., Test Packs, Check/Test Sheet, SAT, FT/OT, RFC/RFSU and RFISU Handover Dossiers)
•Supervise, monitor, witness and support the EPCC activities on site and all documentations (Dossiers) from Pre-commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up/Operation preparation & execution up to Handover phase using the Company OPERCOM/ICAPS Methodology of TOTAL.
