• To give essential training to the nurse trainees
• Evaluate the trainees skills in rendering nursing care
• Providing and evaluating the nursing services pursuant to the objectives and policies
• Developing and maintaining an effective system of clinical and administrative nursing records and reports
• Establishing and implementing a program of continuing education for nurse trainee and nursing staff.
• General Supervision to nurse trainees in addition to participation in nursing staff training.
• Evaluate the performance of the nursing staff and give them feedback.
• Ensure that the patients are taken cared of properly by the nurses.
• Prepare monthly reports and census
• Directing and developing staff; collaborating with physicians
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information; responding to requests; building rapport; participating in team problem-solving methods.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by designing and implementing procedures, rules, and regulations
• Care patient with predictable outcome
• Work under instruction of staff nurse
• Gather patient data
• Perform activities of daily living (e.g. bed making, dressing., positioning, ambulating)
• Taking vital signs (Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Respiration Rate, Temperature)
