Responsibilities:
Work with faculty to establish a better understanding of their costs, upcoming commitments and expenses.
Produce regular financial reports for the Dean, Senior Business Manager, and faculty.
Ensure integrity of accounts and the financial systems by investigating, identifying, and correcting inaccuracies.
Assist with the coordination of the annual planning (including budget planning) for the division and faculty.
Lead the monthly budget review for faculty and monitor their expenditures against agreed budgets.
Review and, where necessary, implement improved financial processes for the Division by working with various stakeholders in KAUST.
Undertake other duties, temporarily or on a continuing basis, as may be require.

Responsibilities:
Supervise finance team.
Control all financial accounting activities for business operations and projects.
Control ORACLE (Account Payable - Account Receivable - General Ledger - Cash management).
Ensure integrity of accounts and the financial systems by investigating, identifying, and correcting inaccuracies.
Control operations expense budget and projects budget.
Assist in publishing quarterly financial statements.
Prepare financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Conduct financial analysis, forecasts, and projections.
Maintain communication with; finance manager, CFO and, CEO.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other business departments.
Maintain communication with banks.
Maintain communication with external auditors (worked with KPMG and E&Y).

My cooperative training project in corporate finance at Balubaid Group of Companies (BGC), was focusing on assessing and analyzing the company's financial performance using three types of analysis; cross-sectional analysis, trend analysis, and discriminant analysis, in addition, using these analyses to help reaching into some assumptions and predictions about the company’s financial performance In the future, through constructing pro-forma income statement and pro-forma balance sheet statement, and providing findings and recommendations at the end of the report to the company.
