Provides payroll information by collecting time, attendance records and deductions, including new payroll application for newly hired employees.
Coordinate employee relations issues with HR Manager to affect prompt and appropriate resolution
Provide assistance to Line Managers by answering HR related queries and providing resolutions.
Responsible for generating job offers and/or employment contracts
Resolve employee relation issues within corporate guidelines.
Monthly HR reports which reflects headcounts, new hires, termination/resignation, turnover rates, staff costs per outlet, retentions etc.
Prepare HR transmittal for all staff requests (e.g. salary certificate, NOC, employment certificate etc.).
Preparing Settlement (e.g. Leave, Transfer & Final).
Preparing correspondence
Send emails to the concerned persons when needed.
Faxes and/or memos
Monitor attendance and vacation status of the employees.
Attendance sheets are checked on weekly basis
Maintaining annual leave, sick leave and pending holiday records of all employees.
Ensures that forms are properly filled for the specific leave and necessary documents are provided(if applicable)
Responsible for legal formalities related to residency and work permits.
Oversee visa application and processing for new joiners and renewal.
Preparing legal documents such as visa, labor and all documents required in UAE for applications.
Health insurance applications & renewals.
Occupational Health card applications and medical
Arrange transportation and budget for new employees for medical and finger printing for Emirates ID card processing.
Obtain signatures of director, managers, supervisors, head and other staff for the documents that has to be signed and received.
Organizing basic food hygiene & PIC training for all the staff as required by UAE government
Coordinate with different recruitment companies locally and overseas.
Recruitment
Conduct initial phone interviews for short listed applicants
Organizing interviews to Line Mangers and/or HR Manager
Conducting reference checks
• Manage the introduction and orientation process for all new hires and ensure timely enrollment into company payroll.
• Arranging, maintaining and improving HR filing system including personal files, recruitment files, leaves etc.
• Preparing disciplinary letters, warning notice or termination letter for issuance
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other duties/tasks to be assigned from time to time.

• Improves presentation of Employee Manual for manager’s training and employee orientation
