Monitoring as well as handling Electrical & Electronics problems and reporting to General Manager, also performing duties Head of Electrical department.
Performing maintenance of various types of beverage machines as blow moulding, bottle filling, bottle labelling and bottle packing machines.
Troubleshooting and fault diagnose of various types of machines including PLC problems, Different types of sensor problems, Servo motors and servo drives problems.
Maintenance of various types conveyer belts, sealing and shrink machines.
Maintenance of various types Electric Panels as HT, LT, ATS/AMF, Motor Control Panels and VFD panels.
Take care of day to day monitoring and Electrical maintenance works including breakdown of above mentioned machines. Perform planning and do the preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance and keep it records.
Working as maintenance engineer at Unisa Pharmaceutical Industries Limited Adamzai Akora Khattak having responsibility of monitoring and supervision of Electrical and Mechanical works as maintenance, troubleshooting, repair of low voltage equipments and systems. Maintenance of Electric Panels, PLC Panels, VFD Panels and Power Factor Panels. Troubleshooting and fault diagnose of various types of machines. In electrical work such as installation and testing of LV electrical equipments and system as installation of various types of circuit breakers as MCCB, MCB, ACB, MPCB, Switch gears Electronics and Thermal Overload relay for motor protection and safety, various types’ relays, motor starters (DOL, Star Delta and Soft starter). Worked as Trainee Engineer at Rahman Cotton Mills Takht Bhai Mardan Pakistan where I gained valuable experience in industrial automation with PLC and also in designing, built control panels using AC & DC drives, PLCs, HMIs, like Fatek, Siemens by working closely with senior engineers.
Worked as Lecturer at Sarhad University Peshawar, where I had the responsibility to teach C and C++ for undergraduates students. It was an interesting experience where I improved my presentation skills together with my technical background.
