HR MANAGER
8 Branches / Restaurants-
Oversees and assists all administrative areas in understanding and following established
procedures. Identifies needs and develops solutions for improvements in procedures,
processes or systems
PRO Representative
All transactions ( MOL / MOI ) government’s & private departments
Legal Affairs
Problems solving, solve issues with Privates / Semi Privates & Gov. Authorities.
Focuses on developing Employees through self-learning as well as active participation in
formal learning events
Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures
Job Description
* Attending& following all MOL related works immigration& insurance card.
* Maintains and updates the personnel files; Ensuring that personnel files are
kept up to date.
* Coordinates with the PROs for the Staff Visa arrangements/renewals.
* Handling employee insurance cards and annual renewal
* Coordination of the Annual Performance Appraisal activities in the company
* Managing the function of recruitment and employment which includes,
sourcing applicants, selection, appointments, residency, legal employment
authorization and socialization.
* Administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment,
Insurance, Employment & Identifications Letters
* Monitor and record employee time sheets, leave requests, expenses &
overtime.
* Providing payroll information to the accounts department by collecting time
and attendance records from the candidates.
* Preparing letters for the candidates like: Warning, Termination, Promotion,
extension to their contracts and Medical Test Letters
* Prepare monthly and annual HR reports on all employee records, performance
* Employee Data Entry in the HR System (Update / Terminations/Resignations)
* Full management & responsibility for staff files.
* Other tasks as assigned by the immediate manager
