• Managing a number of premium reputed international Fashion watch brands for KSA coming under company wing
• Oversee and manage with team for leading international al reputed Fashion Brands Armani Exchange, Michael Kors, Escada, Aigner, and Ferre Milano, Juicy couture, DKNY, Fossil, and Police in total 22 brands
• Understanding of business dynamics and updated market knowledge. Anticipating & capitalizing on market trends, identifying profit potential, creating value and positioning the company’s products & services to maximize market share.
• Establishing & maintaining strong working partnerships with key vendors/agencies. Determining appropriate end-to-end processes and tools needed
to achieve development, delivery, reliability & availability goals.
• Making fact-based decisions regarding marketing strategy to develop the product as a brand while designing effective and cost-efficient implementation programs based on Customer, Competitive, Collaborator, Industry and Company Analysis.
• Developing competitive strategies, uncovering/ creating new opportunities and identifying dynamic and flexible solutions while managing account activity.

Marketing Manager Corporate/Regional) - undertook the following responsibilities for 16 concepts with 160 outlets at western region
• Heading the marketing function for Landmark KSA, managing a budget of Sr 120 million with a team of 30 people, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
• Directing activities pertaining to marketing communication, market research, branding for various retail formats.
• Managing a base of prominent Brands such as Centrepoint, Splash, Lifestyle, and Baby shop, Shoe Mart, Home Centre, City Max, Fitness First, New Look, Koton and Emax across KSA.
• Conceptualized and launched several promotional campaigns for increasing footfalls and achieving revenue targets using a blend of print, television, outdoor, digital & social media, electronic media and SMS media.
• Designing and procuring flyers, shopping bags, wrapping material, gift vouchers, catalogues, brochures, point-of-sale materials and display and in-shop navigational signage.Conceived and implemented focused promotions for brands: Special offers, copromotions, event linked to Ramadan and other festivals.
• Additionally responsible for managing the visual merchandising as per the international standards.
• Spearheaded the launch of brands like Centrepoint, Emax and Fitness First in KSA
• Facilitated smooth brand transition from City Plaza to Centrepoint for 40 outlets across KSA, retaining brand awareness
• Enhanced the sales by boosting footfalls through innovative promotions and brought down the printing and other marketing expenses through effective negotiations and vendor relationship management.
• Negotiate and finalize for best available outdoor location
• Plans campaign promotions through SMS, Emails, Websites, and flyer distribution through agencies. Joint promotion with different companies, Malls
real estate’s & organizations
• Execution and control on budget for promotions on seasons/Promotion, Sales & campaign
• Controlling out the total process of local purchasing (quotations-purchase orderdeliveries)
• Monitoring and conduction mystery shopping /group discussion at regular interval
• Managing Loyalty programme and developing database at region under “SHUKRAN” Loyalty programme

• As a marketing manager, instrumental in launch of 30 stores of Citymax 30 stores, 32 stores of Centrepoint, 7 Iconic stores and 10 high street fashion stores (LMI)
• Handling the 16 Brands and concepts across western region -KSA
• Launched store out performed to achieved the budgets with cost effective marketing tools
• Launched the biggest Electronic Emax store in KSA with retails space of 90, 000sq ft.
• Launched many promotion, events and campaign in short notices with profitable results and growth
• Set up an internal printing unit, Resulting in savings of 25% of total printing
• Set up Signage repair /maintenance center, Resulted in up to 50 % saving of company
