➢ Maintain inventory control and coordinate procurement of spare parts and maintenance materials
➢ Monitor asset performance and update maintenance records through CAFM/CMMS systems
➢ Conducted audits of electrical systems, prepared Conditional Assessment (CA) reports, and audited
PPM and CM activities prior to system takeover.
➢ Implemented CAFM software for facility maintenance systems, regularly tracked reports, and
provided material approvals to contractors through the software.
➢ Track Facility KPIs & MMR (Monthly Management Reports)
➢ Document Review & Compliance: Reviews and ensures asset handover documentation, including O&M
manuals, SOPs, maintenance records, warranties, and compliance meet authority and client standard

Inspect electrical installations, systems, and equipment to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and authority regulations.
Verify installation quality for LV systems, lighting, power distribution, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, cable trays, conduits, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV systems.
Conduct site inspections during installation, testing, commissioning, and handover stages.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents before execution.
Ensure works comply with project specifications, IEC standards, local authority requirements, and safety regulations.
Witness testing & commissioning activities including insulation resistance, continuity, earth resistance, functional testing, and system integration tests.
Raise inspection comments, snag lists, NCRs, and site observations for non-compliance issues.
Monitor corrective actions and verify closure of inspection comments and defects.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and authorities regarding inspection activities and technical issues.
Verify as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and project documentation before handover.
Ensure safe working practices and compliance with HSE procedures during electrical works.
Maintain inspection records, reports, checklists, and documentation for project tracking and audits.
Participate in project progress meetings and provide technical feedback on electrical quality and compliance.
Inspect emergency systems including generators, UPS systems, fire alarm interfaces, and emergency lighting systems.
Verify material quality and approved brand compliance before installation.
Support final project handover, authority inspections, and operational readiness activities.
