• Lead, delegate and effectively manage a team of 100+ employees the team of Technicians, Engineers and Supervisors to meet the targets on daily basis.
• Monitor, develop and analyze performance metrics; and implement processes to improve operational safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Prepares performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends from their daily progress.
• Ensure site work protocols and procedures are followed as per the Government’s Health & Safety regulations. Also arrange necessary quick trainings from HSE department on bi monthly basis.
• Manage team relationships effectively to ensure exceptional performance.
• Implement and make sure all the idle manpower deploy immediately.
• Ensure scheduled skilled manpower employees attended the sites as planned.
• Provide round the clock operational support including responding to incidents, service requests and facing difficulty in any tasks. Evaluate and resolve issues; to prevent problem occurrence.
• Secure proper on boarding process for the new resources and utilize team efficiently for progress.
• Lead the development and implementation of the work plan on three important dimensions; Shipping, Logistics Operations and Quality, in all phases of projects.
• Keep good relationship with all stakeholders of projects including clients, suppliers, shipping and freight forwarder agents, transportation, logistics and co- worker teams.
• Try the best to meet the operation within allocated funds of budget, with efficiently, accurately within given target of time.
•Make sure the ongoing operations will comply with laws, regulations and standards of the country.
• Strategically develop regional existence as per given plan; and manage the operational requirements accordingly.
• Supervise technical staff on performing random quality checks of the product accurately, with in given intervals of time.
•Ensuring the process must compliance with approved national and international standards.
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures on Quality, Production and Logistics operations.
• Write technical and management system reports to the executive team in Pakistan and Italy after every operation.
• Make sure the operation must follow the protocols of environmental, health and safety standards with efficiency.
• Establish, monitor, measure and report all operation facilities.
• Performance metrics; analyze and identify issues impacting operational performance and establish initiatives for continual improvement.
• Perform necessary steps for project on as and when required basis.
• Provide technical assistance to the customers, locally and internationally.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to schedule and make sure to deliver the shipments before deadline of delivery. And share detailed reports of operation's progress to the higher management regularly.
• Perform Qualitative and quantitative analysis of raw materials and sampling.
• I also indulge myself in writing Standard Operating Procedures, Internal Audit Plans and finding of Out of Specification results with cooperation of my senior colleagues.
• Hands-on experience on lab instruments includes Karl Fischer, UV Spectrophotometer, HPLC, GC, FTIR, etc.
• Prepare and implement the GMP Guidelines & SOPs in Filling & Packing area; arrange the commodities, monitor the production till the batch completed with targeted objectives and finalize the detailed documentation of the production.
• Ensure work place should be clean and safe with minimum wastage of time, commodities and product.
• I perform physical, qualitative and quantitative analysis on finished products and raw materials.
• I also perform sampling of in-process products, finished products and raw materials as per SOPs.
• That was my training project from university.
• I submitted my observational report to my university as well as to the organization on their request, what I learnt there during my internship period.
