Currently, I am employed as a Structural Engineer at Bureau Veritas on Riyadh Metro Project (RMP).

My responsibilities include conducting independent reviews and approvals of Detailed Design Reports (DDR) to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards. I perform structural analysis and modeling using various software and methodologies distinct from those utilized by the original designers to evaluate the designs adequacy. Additionally, I review and approve Field Change Documents (FCD) to authorize necessary design modifications during construction, as well as Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to address any deviations from the approved design.

I also review and approve As-built drawings to confirm that the final construction aligns with the intended design and validate Shop Drawings to ensure fabrication and installation details are accurate. Close coordination with clients and consultants is essential to align design and construction activities with their requirements.

Experienced in designing and supervising the construction of complex structures such as fleet depots, pedestrian steel bridges, water tanks, and retaining walls. I have a strong track record in addressing structural issues, designing supporting structures, and delivering high-quality work that meets client needs.Assists in finalization of Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, reviewing contractor shop drawings and as built drawings.

Coordinate and collaborate with architects, site supervision team and contractors in the design and construction phase of the project.Preparation of design calculations and detailed design reports of structures.

In my role as Structural Engineer, I contribute significantly to the success of various design and built construction projects. I leverage my analytical skills and software expertise (ETABS, SAP2000 & SAFE) to assist with structural analysis and design calculations.

To guarantee project quality and safety, I conduct regular site inspections, verifying that construction activities align with the design plans and established safety protocols. My collaborative spirit shines through participation in technical meetings, where I actively discuss project progress, address design challenges, and contribute to the development and maintenance of project documents and calculations.

Being a Junior Structural I have had the opportunity to contribute to a number of
noteworthy projects. Some of the projects I modelled in finite element software i.e. ETABS, SAP
2000, SAFE, and performing Static and Dynamic Analysis and Design based on standard codes such
as ACI, ASCE, AISC, IBC and UBC are listed below.
