• Provide consultation to senior management for development, implementation and monitoring of corporate level strategy
• Provide assistance in formulation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor them
• Help build tools which can help the organization to implement these strategies (charts, presentations, dashboards) etc.
• Help the organization in approval phase of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monitor it for implementation
• Periodical review of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) against actual results

GOVERNANCE

ANALYSIS AND RESEARCH
