Preliminary preparations of the complete project and guided direction in preparing shop drawings using AutoCad.
• Detail discussions with the clients on the approvals of the project.

• Involved in day-to-day discussion with Architect to get the drawings ready on time.

• Managing the inspection of total execution at site from super structure, finishing till handing over the project.
• Monitoring work schedule, completing the work by forecasting and suggesting appropriate corrective actions to
avoid the delays
• Administering the technical support to the Site Engineer.
• Administering the sub-contracts for construction and other activities.
• Managing the procurement of different materials and negotiating with the suppliers to get the best price as per
estimation.
• Attending the client meetings & weekly schedule for monitoring the progress at site, tackling the challenges,
meeting deadlines and following the construction schedule
• Reviewed the high-rise buildings including the design checks using latest software like Sap2000 and STAAD.Pro
• Executed isolated foundation, columns, slabs, retaining walls and shear walls
• Administered the works according to Structural & Architectural Plans
• Preliminary study of the market analysis for the sales of residential blocks.
Design review of the high rise building including all the design checks using latest software’s (Sap2000, Etabs, Staad Pro). Involved in total execution at site from the super structure to finishing. Involved in monitoring the work progress of pile foundations in vast scale. Execution of Raft foundation, columns, slabs, retaining walls, shear walls. Responsible to monitor work schedule, if the actual work completed by the forecast then suggest appropriate corrective actions to be taken to avoid the delays.
Structural Health monitoring and strengthening of bridges in Riyadh- Responsible for design review of the bridges and analyzing the load carrying capacity of the bridges and strengthening the critical points.
• Expansion of Haram Mosque (Makkah)- Responsible for structural monitoring of the mosque extension by applying sensors in the foundation and on the load carrying elements to analyze the behavior of the structure with respect to the design loads.
• Responsible for studying the design plans and supervision of the execution works according to structural plans.
• Responsible for designing the angle towers responsible for the alternate power supply and executing them.
• Responsible for the bar bending schedule, daily reporting and progress of the site.
• NDE & NDT for bridges in Makkah.
• Execution of total Sub-Structure and Super Structure Concreting Work, Formwork, protection work, Structure work, Reinforcement including Bar Bending schedule, Crank bars in Beams, Slabs and Retaining wall.
• Responsible to maintain quality control procedures for installation of the projects and to monitor all inspection functions
• Responsible to inspect all the incoming materials for damage and for compliance with Contract’s Technical Specifications.
• Responsible for weekly construction progress meetings separately with Contractors to determine work progress, discuss problems, coordinate actions, plan and anticipate future requirements.
• Responsible to monitor work schedule, if the actual work completed by the forecast then suggest appropriate corrective actions to be taken to avoid the delays.
• Responsible to witness all field testing of the projects and all component parts of the projects by the contractors or their appointed inspection agencies in their entirety Responsible to inspect the entire work performed under the construction contracts.
• Responsible to review and certify “As Built” Drawings of the construction for correctness and compliance with the requirements of the Client’s turnkey project drawing procedure.
• Duties involved in the foundation design and execution of the site as per the design criteria. Design, site management, site execution providing with total technical support for the technicians and the helps working on site and meeting with the client for understanding the progress of the project with the help of different seminars and presentations are the key responsibilities undertaken.
• Responsible for all kind of civil related activities inspections
• Responsible for checking Quality and Concrete strength with assigned batching plant (Saudi Ready-mix, GAC and Premco)
• Responsible for all Civil related technical issue in assigned areas.
• I have worked as an intern design engineer, this project is based on a steel structure.
• Duties involved were analyzing the steel structure for any deflections or moments, designing the frames using the software, analyzing the whole structure using the finite element analysis software.
• Submitting the final report for all the observation and changes in the structure when injected under fire and environmental hazards.
Duties involved designing the multistoried buildings using the hand calculation as well as the latest software’s, maintenance, operation and handling of various construction equipments.
Computational modelling of Linear and non Linear Problems, Earthquake Engineering, Fine engineering, Concrete technology, Plastic Analysis of thin walled members, Strengthening and modelling of concrete structures. There were number of projects that have been included, some of the projects were Computational modeling of Cable Stayed Bridges, Computational modelling of fire resistance concrete structures and Polypropylene fibres.
