• Manage RFQ packages for project procurement (like Pipe, Flange, Fittings, Anode, Mattresses, Sleepers and Grout Bags) and Subcontract Package (Hire of winch) for ongoing Projects
• Support for Bidding Projects in Middle East clients - Saudi Aramco, Qatar Petroleum, NOC
• Facilitating responses to bidder queries, arranging bid clarification meetings, pre-award
• Carry out negotiations for best possible prices, minimum deviation to T&Cs and delivery,
• Preparation of Commercial Bid Evaluations and Recommendation of Award for Management approvals.
• Issue the PO and drafting and conclude on the Subcontract Agreements.
• Coordinate with project management and coordinators on scopes of work and other requirements.
• Post award administration and close out the purchase orders and subcontract.

From receipt of ITT (Invitation to Tender) through the placement of PO (Purchase Order).

•Receiving the Material Requisitions (MR) for Ongoing and Bid Projects.
•Prepare Sourcing Strategy
•Ensure completeness of requisitions including Project Tech Specs, Datasheets, P&IDs and BOM.
•Issuing and Receiving Technical queries to suppliers
•Finalizing CBE and negotiating for best possible prices, minimum deviation to T&Cs and delivery,
•Maintaining change request and orders in post order execution
•Identifying issues or backlogs for timely execution and timely procurement of materials.
•Resolving payment related issues in liaison with the Finance department.
•Participate in audits as and when required,
•Adhere to the purchasing, expediting, bid support and vendor development procedure set by the company
•Source new vendors in different regions and maintaining the database as per item category.
