Leading 2 construction projects currently for risk management activities (Route2020, STS), (Successfully completed 5 projects from risk management stand point).
Ensuring risk registers and mitigation plans are kept current and timely risk information is provided in leadership committee to facilitate CEO in decision making.
Administering (QSRA) quantitative schedule risk analysis, discussing potential schedule drivers with Planning Manager submitted by the contractors and challenging factors behind delays on baseline/critical path, if any.
