 Ensuring risk registers and mitigation plans are kept current and timely risk information is provided in leadership committee to facilitate CEO in decision making.
 Administering (QSRA) quantitative schedule risk analysis, discussing potential schedule drivers with Planning Manager submitted by the contractors and challenging factors behind delays on baseline/critical path, if any.
