Job Responsibilities:
Involved as the head of the Quality team which responsible in managing and supervising the Quality requirements and Quality System of a total 9 Projects which was previously awarded to various GEC and to Bin Omran Contracting.
Mainly responsible for the effective approach and implementation of the Quality management System and its requirement in conjunction within place standards and procedures for the timely completion and hand over of the project to the clients’ satisfaction.
I am totally assigned as the core team Quality manager handling and managing the Quality of those projects.
I am fully responsible in the planning, initiation, implementation, monitoring and controlling of the Quality management System of the projects to ensure effective and efficient results towards the achievement of the Quality deliverables as well as the project completion timelines.
My task includes the evaluation, study and assessment of the previous completed and partially completed work of the previous contractor and consultant against the compliance to the requirement, standards and QCS 2014. This include considering the scope, time and cost implication if there is.
Project Involvement:
Previously awarded sets of different projects to various General Engineering Consultant and Bin Omran Trading Contracting (BOTC) and been awarded to Italconsult as Project Management and Supervision consultant.
There is total 9 projects under the contract of Bin Omran Trading (BOTC) wherein legally stopped by the client due to the financial issues accrued by the contractor.
Job Responsibilities:
I am totally involved as the supervision consultant of the project under different main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and independent laboratory.
Main function is to ensure the main contractor and those involved in the execution of the project complying the established project specifications and standards in meeting the project timeline completion with its highest Quality Satisfaction.
Project Involvement:
1. DC085 - Road Improvement Work around QP District. Project Cost: 150million Qatari Riyal
2. DC045 - RIW for Junction and Roundabouts in Various Area of Greater Doha - Phase 9. Project Cost: 200million Qatari Riyal
Job Responsibilities:
I am fully responsible in the Quality Assurance / Quality Control Management of the project as the main contractor.
I am handling a team which composes of Quality Engineers, Quality Inspectors, Technicians and QAQC support team.
Project Involvements:
1. JOB2008 - C2020/91 CENTRAL DOHA & CORNICHE BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT PACKAGE 3. Project Cost: 600million Qatari Riyals
2. JOB1802 - C2018/053 A-RING ROAD INTERIM IMPROVEMENT SCHEME PROJECT. Project Cost: 350million Qatari Riyals.
3. JOB1703 - CONSTRUCTION OF KHALIFA STREET & TV ROUNDABOUT PROJECT. Project Cost: 180million Qatari Riyals.
4. DS136 - DEVELOPMENT OF LINK ROAD FROM BARWA COMMERCIAL ROAD TO WAKRAH MAIN ROAD. Project Cost: 105million Qatari Riyals.
(August 2011- January 2017) Sr. QAQC Engineer, August 2011- January 2017 Job Responsibilities:
➢Responsible for coordinating and managing manpower, material, equipment, schedule, quality assurance and control, contract and safety requirements.
➢Responsible for verifying that all necessary permits and licenses are in-place prior to the start of construction.
➢Experience in daily resources management related to construction projects.
➢Produce work method statement.
➢Monitor effective administration of the on-site QA / QC and Safety programs.
➢Follow-up and Implementation of the Client's instructions at site.
➢Provide technical support at site activities.
➢Assist in Technical meetings with the Client when needed.
➢Site supervision and coordination with the subcontractors.
