Project: DS142-P01 Roads and Infrastructure in Sheehaniya
Client: PWA (ASHGHAL)

Duties / Responsibilities:
o Construction Specialist/Utilities Engineer of the project, involved in execution, monitoring and control of the ongoing project.
o Review technical documents such as Civil and Structural plans and drawings, structural calculations, technical queries, and method statements in compliance with Contract documents.
o Review Contractor/Subcontractor's Pre-qualification documents, Vendors, and Material Submittals.
o Review and respond to Technical Query or Requests for Information (RFI) submitted by the Contractor.
o Coordination with relevant Project Stakeholders.
o Review and evaluate any Contract Changes and Variations to approved guidelines, applicable codes, and standards, and make recommendations for approval or rejection of technical deviations.
o Perform conceptual and detailed estimates of potential changes to the project’s scope of work.
o Supports management of project change and progress for the discipline and works to take corrective actions regarding issues, scope changes, progress, or other events that could affect project completion and/or profitability.
o Initial review of cost proposals and applications for payment submitted by the Contractor.
o Constant coordination with the internal technical team for any technical issues, coordination with other work disciplines, Contractors and Subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders.
o Carry out day-to-day management of the site, planning the work to efficiently organize the site facilities, supervising, and monitoring the site works, evaluating the performance and production of the site force to ensure the work is in line according with the target dates and know the issues & concerns, and conflict involved in the execution and take proactive actions to resolve the issues as the work was getting done.
o Ensure that all materials used, and work performed are in accordance with the project requirements and specifications, maintaining compliance with safety and quality requirements and standards, completing quality assurance, and providing feedback to the team. I also reviewed and monitored the works to ensure there was no scope and requirements were missed, and the work was done within the time and budget.
o Ensures that the project quality control procedures are used for the construction supervision works.
o Prepare Surveillance Report(s) for deficiencies of work found at the site or if the contractor is not complying with instructions and subsequently complete a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.

Project: Construction of Industrial Area Bus Station
Client: MOTC/PWA (ASHGHAL)

Duties / Responsibilities:
o Civil and Structural Engineer of the project, involved in execution, monitoring & control of the project.
o Review technical documents such as Civil and Structural plans and drawings, structural calculations, technical queries, and method statements in compliance with Contract documents.
o Review Contractor/Subcontractor's Pre-qualification documents, Vendors, and Material Submittals.
o Review and respond to Technical Query or Requests for Information (RFI) submitted by the Contractor.
o Coordinate with relevant Project Stakeholders.
o Review and evaluate the Contract Changes/Variation to approved guidelines applicable codes, and standards, and make recommendations for approval or rejection of technical deviations.
o Provide Clarification to the Contractors of the Project requirements from the Contract Documents.
o Coordination on-site with supervising the construction, Architects, and other disciplines for site mock-ups for the Client’s review, inspection, and acceptance.
o Initial review of cost proposals and applications for payment submitted by the Contractor.
o Verify the accuracy of Prices and Quantities included in the Contract Documents for Construction activities.
o Constant coordination with the technical team for any technical issues, coordination with other work disciplines, Contractors and Subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders.

Client: Qatar Petroleum (QP)

Duties / Responsibilities:
o Review Client and Project requirements and specifications.
o Provide technical input and review for the design, construction, and commissioning of facilities.
o Reviews Civil and Structural Steel drawings and Design Calculations.
o Reviews Technical Specifications, Design Basis Memorandum, and FEED endorsement verification.
o Attained Engineering and coordination meetings and reported any changes to the project scope.
o Prepares Critical Work Method Statement and Material Submittals.
o Review plans and drawings with respect to project specifications and international standards.
o Reviews structural computation and Design submitted by the Engineering sub-contractor.
o Prepares Technical Deviation requests and Technical Query for conflicts in designs and specifications.
o Review and evaluate the Contract Changes/Variation to approved guidelines applicable codes, and standards, and make recommendations for approval or rejection of technical deviations.
o Coordinate with the internal engineering team and other disciplines, project stakeholders, and client representatives.

o Prepare field change drawings, and red line markings, and obtain the Client's approval. Assist the Engineering team in the preparation of as-built drawings.
o Involved in Testing and Commissioning activities of related Civil, Structural, Architectural, and HVAC systems.
o Report immediately to the Safety Officer or take immediate action, if any contravention of HSE procedures/rules is violated.

Client: Philippine Ports Authority (PPA)
Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)

Duties / Responsibilities:
• Reviewing the client requirements and project specifications, I supervised all civil and structural activities ensuring adherence to safety, quality assurance, and project specifications and requirements.
• Review plans, drawings, and calculations prior to submission to the client.
• Conduct inspections of materials delivered on-site to ensure the contractor's compliance of the approved material submittals, project requirements, and specifications.
• Supervised excavation (surplus & rock excavation) and embankment, backfilling and compaction, subgrade and subbase preparation, drainage system, slope protection, Portland cement concrete paving (PCCP), and Asphalt overlaying.
• Supervised lifting, erection, and driving of RC square piles and sheet piles, coping works, steel reinforcement and concrete works for slab and curtain walls, retaining walls, anchor blocks and rock works, backfilling and compaction, concrete, asphalt, and interlock paving works, and electrical and drainage system.
• Attend coordination and construction meetings.
• Report immediately to the Safety Officer or take immediate action, if any contravention of HSE procedures/rules is violated.
