* Supervising Station Agents, Security staff and Cleaners in the day to day
operation of the station

station after the last train and all members of the public have left the station

* Crowd control in station and platforms to ensure that passengers enter/exit
the station in a safe and orderly manner
* Monitoring and controlling the direction of the fare gates to facilitate the flow
of passengers especially in the event of an emergency
* Handling lost properties
* Managing and overseeing cash collection, management and reconciliation
in the station
* Reporting faults and informing the Fault Controller of and any
malfunction and failure of equipment
* Reporting faults and informing the Train Controller of any occurrences
which may have an impact on train operations
* Reporting any incident/accident
* Summoning the emergency services if necessary in the event of any
incident/accident
* Enforcing and following safe methods of work for station operations and
