Responsibilities:
• Manage full spectrum of HR activities
• Determine the strategies and plans to be used in HR Division in order to deliver the most efficient result in the field
of HR and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
• Manage recruitment & selection function and ensure that process and objectives are aligned to the organization’s
goals, offer rolled out are legally compliant

increase employee satisfaction, retention and reduce labor related legal complications
• Review all development processes to comply and improve the learning performance organization
• To ensure the compliances and to improve all administration and facilities management processes

Responsibilities:
• Manage full spectrum of human resource activities, i.e.: payroll, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefit,
immigration, attendance record, leave management, exit interview and ensure compliance with all statutory
requirements and smooth running f day to day HR functions of the company
• To ensure human resource policies and processes comply to local regulations and governance
