• Pre-flight inspection of airframe and engine components, security of attachments to mounts and for damages in accordance with Aircraft Maintanance Manual procedures and safeties.
• Removal, Inspection and installation of Fuel Control Unit ecks (A-D) including servicing, repairing and
troubleshooting hydraulic, oil, fuel and pneumatic systems on Airbus A320-200, Boeing 777-200, Boeing 737-200 and Boeing
767-200
. Confirm operational and leak check for hydraulic, fuel, oil, and pneumatic systems.
. Carried out Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems maintenance and servicing.
. Carried out first line activities including Marshalling aircraft from ramp to hangar.
. Maintaining all work cards and task documents accurately and safely in adherence to aircraft GMMs and ADs.
. Maintaining safety standards with lockout tag-out procedures, deactivation of controlled systems, and pre-operational walk
around inspections.
. Perform maintenance, defect rectification and repairs of aircraft cabin components.
. Carry out scheduled and unscheduled inspections and repair on aircraft’s cabin interior in accordance with the aircraft’s
maintenance manuals with the approved company procedures and airworthiness and regulatory requirements.
. Perform removal and installation of interior components according to the maintenance manuals on seats, overhead bins,
galleys, lavatories, sidewall panels, daldo panels, floor board, moon mats, pilot and co-pilot seats, cabin lights, ceiling panels
and flight attendant seats.
. Upholstery final assembler: cover side wall panels, headliner and daldo panels.
. Perform refurbishment of passenger seats such as Recaro seats series 3520D, 3510D and 74523D and attendants seats like
AMI 2112 and AMI 2110.
. Cutting and replacing carpets.
. Cleaning and disinfecting aircraft lavatories both business and economy class.
. Reading and interpreting aircraft maintenance manuals, engineering drawings and components specifications.
. Ensured workplace and hangars are free of hazardous material and debris before and after work shifts while generally
maintaining the workplace to acceptable standards.
. Offers primary assistance to Licensed and senior engineers and technicians. Carrying out weekly or after services loose
articles inspections and FOD run.
. Ensuring that aircraft meets the international aviation standard safety requirements.
. Managing general servicing, repairs, and overhauls of aircraft engines. . Perform airframe cleaning after major services as well as carrying out airframe and engine inspections for dents, cracks, bulging etc.
• Provide technical assistance as required to other workmates as well as seniors.
• Performed scheduled and unscheduled deliberate inspections to check flight readiness of the aircraft.
• Carrying out all first line services, including pre-flight, turnaround and after flights inspections, as well as performing aircraft refuelling and draining, when necessary, with all safety procedures observed.
• Removal and installation of major components like Flight controls, Engines, Wings, Fuel tanks, Landing gears, Wheels and Brakes.
• Proficient in Hydraulics and Pneumatics
• First line servicing including before flight, turn-round and after flight checks.
• General aircraft ground handling including aircraft towing and Marshalling both fixed and rotary wing aircraft.
• Servicing and repair of aircraft ground equipment.
• Aircraft weight and balance and adjusting, aligning and calibrating Aircraft systems using the proper tools and test equipment.
• Repair, replace, rebuild Aircraft structures, components parts such as wings, fuselage, rigging and hydraulic units.
