To use departmental computer systems to organize and book clinic appointments, in accordance with local protocols/procedures.
To liaise with clinicians, other teams/departments and units regarding all aspects of the clinic administration.
To act as clinic receptionist during relevant clinic sessions and assist patients and clinicians accordingly.
To answer telephone calls and address inquiries accordingly and appropriately.
To register patient demographic and clinic information on the departmental computer systems in accordance with local procedures/protocols, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of data entered, and resolving discrepancies where appropriate.
To send standard letters, forms and questionnaires to patients, their relatives and health professionals as required and in accordance with local protocols/procedures.
End-to-End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals in various media and measurement and analysis of impact
Execution of Social Media Marketing efforts
Creation and execution of SMS and Email based marketing campaigns
Continuous review and active management of website and other online assets
Responsible in qualifying leads for appointment setting.
Responsible in researching conferences, exhibitions, and industry/ networking events to meet new prospects.
Assist Business Development team with day-to-day client interactions either in person, phone or through e-mail, with Excel Reports and PowerPoint presentations pre-sale and post-sale
Liaise and diligently follow-up with Ubrik Media Vendors for status reports and results
Campaign Management: Ensure that campaigns are trafficked and managed effectively and efficiently, work with sales to optimize where possible. Ensure campaigns deliver in full by contracted date. Manage simple campaigns.
Provide sales and clients with the up-to-date specs for all creative types. Advise clients where adverts not to spec, and recommend how they should amend.
