Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong bias toward service excellence in all aspects of the execution of assigned duties and responsibilities.
The first-level contact with students, faculty, and other staff in the college and the system with respect to daily administrative matters in the department.
Assist the chair in the preparation of the academic delivery plan, including scheduling, loading, identifying classroom and laboratory needs, and ordering textbooks and related teaching resources.
Collect, analyze and document, information necessary for planning and implementing activities such as: the academic delivery plan, student absences and the departmental calendar of events.
Assist the chair in the planning, coordination and documentation of all assessment activities in the academic unit, in conjunction with academic services.
Assist the chair in the preparation and tracking of learning contracts, disciplinary notices, and other written communications with students and parents.
Organize, attend and prepare minutes for all Program Advisory Committee meetings within the academic unit.
Assist in the planning of special events and activities in the academic unit: e.g., field trips, career fairs, college events, PAC meetings, community-based meetings, etc.
Perform general secretarial duties of diary management, scheduling of appointments, excel spreadsheets etc.,
Assist chair and faculty in all areas of administration as required.
Create a cover roster each semester, posters and PowerPoint presentations and supervise all evaluations pertaining to students', teachers and courses.

Analyze the financial eligibility and the strength of the customer based on Company background, audited financials and bank statements, discuss and negotiate the case with bankers or financing authorities within UAE and outside UAE depending on the amount and type of finance required.
Assist in Business Plans and Provide Market Research reports.
Managing the segment of Mortgage and Project Finance along with supervising Credit Facilities and Business Loan division.

Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
Recruit, manage and develop direct-reporting staff.
Manage the Escalated calls related to Dell Computers, of customers from all over Northern States
of America and Canada.
Supported a Team of 11 members.
Represent the team in all Middle Level management meetings.
Educate the team members with new techniques of resolving the technical issues related to all
Dell desktops in a smooth and customer friendly manner.
Follow-up unresolved or pending cases in the absence of respective agents.
Making courtesy calls.
Preparing reports on regular basis about call resolving rates of each agent along with averaging
handling time.
Assisting in planning, implementing and conducting training programs with emphasis on new-hire product training.
Help evaluate staff performance and accurately identifying areas of improvement.
Encouraging in demonstrating organizational skills including professional demeanor, and open dialogue.
Assist in monitoring and observing various work functions to determine post training development needs.
Arrange and assist in providing team-specific training on an as needed basis
Sales of Home and Office related products through cold calling to the United States
