- Arranging staff services such as welfare and counseling.
- Responsible for managing the logistical arrangements
- Ensuring of compliance with Co’s set policies.
- Disbursement of salaries, Performance Appraisals/Evaluation, Hiring/Firing of Employees, Creation of Jobs, TORs, Conducting Interviews
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, and suppliers
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
- Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups.
- Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Manages through subordinate supervisors and directs staff activities to provide timely services.
- Maintaining the condition of the office/store and arranging for necessary repairs.
- Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
- Responding to customer enquiries and complaints.

- Coordinate in Recruitment of management staff.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Preparation of Offer Letters, Employment Contracts, Appointment Letters, promotion, transfer letters and salary increase / increment letters.
- Health insurance of employees including pre-authorization and medical reimbursement cases.
- Health and safety reporting on serious incidents to Group Head Office.
- Ensuring of compliance with Co’s set policies.
