Ensure delivery of multiple IT Strategy Projects including UAE Banking Federation’s mWallet project, UAE ID project, Data Center migration project, Oracle ERP Implementation project etc. in line with the IT Strategy. I am responsible for full life-cycle of projects from initiation to completion including strategy development, budget and cost control, vendor management, contracts finalization, quality management and audit coordination related activities.

Key Achievements:
• Rolled out “0123” Digital banking solution that significantly improved the customer service and productivity levels of the bank.
• Successfully led a 40 member cross functional team, to relocate the Bank’s production data center including designing the IT infrastructure, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, communication network & active components, based on best practices & industry standards.
• Delivered UAE Central bank project (UAE ID Integration with existing banking channels) within the approved cost and timelines.
• Managed Deyaar IT Team and delivery of Oracle ERP R12 upgrade project covering Finance, Sales, HR, Procurement, EAM & CRM domains
• Developed IT Strategy for Deyaar PJSC by performing SWOT analysis, recommending operational structure, use of right technology & solutions as per business requirements, keeping in mind optimal performance, scalability & secure availability of IT services.
• Lead the IT Architecture Governance implementation program for DIB IT Team.

• Designed & implemented 48 Hr. Happy Sales solution reducing TAT by 60% - from business process mapping to the technical design, testing, training, rollout & post implementation support.

Manager, Trust Funds Accounting at The World Bank

Core team member of World Bank’s e-Trust Funds Project, guiding developers in redesigning and automating Trust Fund processes. Accountable for review & approval of operational/legal documents, liaison with the key stake holders, worldwide implementation and change management.

Key Achievements:
• Redesigned new trust fund application (IBTF/NTFA) process through an online application hosted on the intranet with tight integration with SAP modules. Migration of legacy accounting and master data to new business model.
• Automated Legal Agreement preparation process by auto generating the legal agreements using the information stored in various SAP modules and introduced the e-Invoice process to auto generate invoice for calling funds through an approval workflow on the intranet.
• Designed the donor center portal - an information kiosk for donor countries to monitor its contribution and the status of disbursement with breakup of project costs.
• Organize Bank-wide change management seminars, advising various clients of new trust fund application, reporting and management requirements.
• Review and approval of trust fund applications and legal agreements, verifying compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Designed and developed an internal application for maintaining personal information of Staff of the World Bank for Business continuity purposes (BCP database).
