Role As Test Pack & Reinstatinent Coordinator
• Coordinating with Client for the Test Pack Pack Preparation
• Attend Meeting with Clients
• Coordinating with Hydrotest preparation teams for punch closure and ease them with the preparation preparation of test
• Coordinating with Client for Reinstatement of hydrotest completed Test Packs for closure and attaining Mechaincal completion by monitoring the ITR closure
• Preparation of Status Of Hydrotested & Reinstated Lines completed and yet to complete based on priority of commissioning and Submit to the Management.
• To control and monitor the Test Pack Team and provide feedback of Testpacks prepared to management.
Role As Hydrotest Inspector
• Preparation of Test Packs and Ensure the proper Red Markup of drawing is done as per the site
• To ensure all the Visual Inspection reports are uploaded in WITS software before Test Pack Submission
• To ensure the NDT coverage is done as per classwise and Welder wise before Testing
• To ensure that proper walkdown is done and all the A punch points are closed before.
• To Inspect and Test the lines as per requirements and proper documentation of testing to be done
• To ensure that the proper documentation of release is given to panting team and Insulation Team for their work Front.
Role As Welding Inspector in Alghanim from the starting of project
• Conduct Inspection at site and proper erection and fabrication done as per the drawing
• To frequently to check the Scope of work allotted to Alghanim and do welding Inspection as per the scope.
• To Prepare Reports and submit to the Client
• To Ensure the RFI as closed on time
• To ensure that RFI as approved and submitted to QS for Invoicing.
• To ensure all the NDT activites are complied as per project requirement.
• To give work front for NDT crew so that their billing will be done as per AGI-Scope.
• To monitor subcontractor inspectors performing inspection & NDT activites as per the scope allotted to them.
• To Ensure proper filing and documentation done for the Audit pupose.
• Monitoring welding is done as per WPS.
• Verify storage oven and electrode baking as per project requirements.
• Verification of calibration Records for Welding Machine and Tools before
Fabrication activities.
• Preparation of welding inspections reports.
• Prepare and review of WPS.
• Conducting tool box meeting with regards to the various problems faced
during the course of the project.
• Monitored and witness NDT activities as per standards and
requirements.
• Witnessing the Dye Penetrate Test to determine the soundness of the
weldments.
• Witnessing the Magnetic Particle Test to probe the surface and
subsurface flaws/defects of the welds and adjacent parent metal.
• Prepare and issue of Non-Conformance reports.
• Inspection of pickling and passivation of stainless steel spools.
• Inspection of pipe and fabrication as per approved ITP and IFC drawings
• Implementing spool identification systems.
• Monitoring daily Progress status.
• Inspection of piping works under various as per the approved ITP and ASME B31.3.
• Ensuring all safety requirements for the constructions activity at site.
• Completion of final documentations as per project requirements.
• Inspection of structural plates, supports, angle frames etc.
• Witnessing of leak test in Reinforcement pads.
• Conduct inspection during all phases of fabrication. Fit up, during
welding and after welding.
• Coordination and witness with third party inspectors and client
inspectors for conducting PQR.
• Checking of project related drawings & documents for compliance with
Shop requirements.
• Coordination with Construction and Client inspectors for completion of
RFI.
• Monitoring of welding activities, heat treatment, and pre-heat.
• Monitored welder performance and suggested corrective action.
• Knowledge about the receiving, handling and storage of Piping &
Welding material.
• Implementation of welding parameters check as per approved
procedure specifications on production welds.
• Monitoring welding is done as per WPS.
