MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR
Standard Chartered Bank, Dubai
Reporting to Head of CB Marketing and Services

Main responsibility is providing support to Marketing unit.

 Track, maintain and update the marketing budget and expenses on a daily basis including invoice processing, accruals, run rate and budget by segment. Ensure the budget projection by segment is not busted at any time. Preparing internal reports in regards to budgets spends as per the requirements from management.
 Maintain a central record of all marketing approvals, processes, and collateral and vendor contracts
 Been the central point of contact for all e-procurement queries and entries
 Coordinate and update branches with updated list of Marketing collaterals and ensure that no old materials is displayed
 Support the team in coordinating with the PRO team to get necessary permission from DED for the campaign run by each segment
 Liaise with agency in development of below the line marketing collaterals
 Supporting the team to proof read all material before they are printed
 Updating Group reports and uploading them on monthly basis on the group portal.
 Provide update of the Competitor/ Product/ Marketing/ Economy to each of the value streams
