 Managing finance functions involving determining financial objectives and designing & implementing policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial & process controls

 Computing & arranging for timely deposit of taxes and filing returns for timely completion of assessment while ensuring statutory compliance
 Maintaining accounts of the organization, ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards, and managing the consolidation/finalization of the Financial Statements
 Opening License on Seguce Platform
 Maintaining close coordination/track with:
o Bank/BIVAC for license approval & BV COD
o Supplier & Exporters
o Freight Forwarder / Clearing Agent for commercial operations

 Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts viz., journal, ledger, cash book and subsidiaries in compliance with various accounting standards
 Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz., P&L Account, Balance Sheet and Annual Reports
 Evaluating internal control systems/procedures with a view to highlight shortcomings & implement necessary recommendations; performing an analytical review of financial statements and following internal control systems to carry out internal/statutory audits
