technical engineer in RTV (american GTI plant) in sidi bel abbes .ENIE (Algerian plant for electronic industries. Responsability : assuring QA and QC components and finished products.
Than : technical engineer charged for Initialisation of an audio plant in Telagh town : training, plant layout, defining right equipements, utilities, and assisting constructions...
1985/89 : Mayor (chief magistrate of tilmouni district) 05 years . Administration, governement relations, and technical duties : (renovation of a waste water plant : troubleshooting with electronic components replacement + renowing of a potable drink water automatic system pomping)…
1990/2009 : EPTP ( public society in sidi bel abbes industrial zone. Service chief engineer than technical departement chief of road vehicles and different use machines management. Leading more than 50 drivers and more than 100 equipments, car mechanics, industrial electricy assurance, used material auctions procedures and technical data, transportation plannings, delivery programs, loan industrial contracts procedures establishment and survey, final year inventory execution .
In 1991 : 03 months ( in factory) microsoft studies, and computer features : (teatched by a university professor).
In 1992 : Ground compacting equipment training courses in Germany ( Bopart) Bomag company
In 2004 : visit of an English asphalt mixing plant (Phoenix plants in Leicester) : plant construction parts, build up, production engineering…
Other assumed fonctions --- Charged to assure:
--- the maintenance and repair of two crushing stone working plants ( German IBAG plant : 80 t/h) and Algerian ENCC plant 50 t/h. Failure troubleshooting, electronic drawings analysis, restart factory work.( location :Tenira locality).
--- the management of an asphalt English plant PHOENIX 80 t/h in sidi bel abbes (EPTP) : assuring overall duties : factory maintenance, equipment, row material, teem leading, external relations, production reports ( computer using), financial surveys…
Last four months in 2009 :
--- Technical management of two concrete mixing plants in Remchi --Tlemcen department ( private factory ) : responsible for maintaining the plants In good work. Teem leading (30 workers and drivers) and equipment proactive maintenance planning.
2010 : private factory
--- French asphalt mixing plant : POLY -industries in Ain temouchent department.
I participate in the build up of this factory from ground till the final product.
I prepared the layout and the basement according to the drawings offred puting in mind all the exertnal agents : in/out circulation, wind direction, sun, HT lines etc… Than with the french engineer we put part assembly, getting all the wirings and ground cables in place.
After the first run production we proceeded to the calibration and weighings.
After the french engineer has left, I managed the asphalt mixing plant for almost one year succeffully.
2011 : private factory
--- Technical responsible for the « methode cell management » and equipment proactive maintenance within a bricks fabrication unit at Mostefa b.brahim locality.( sidi bel abbes)
2013 : private factory
--- Overall responsible and technical manager of an americain asphalt mixing plant (ADM) at El maleh Ain Temouchent dept.
--- managing people (workers), production and road equipment, row material, external relations, production reports, default troubleshooting…
Responsible for all technical field for production plant :
