_ Develop and implement HR strategy and initiatives aligned with overall Hotel strategy the recruitment process, placement and orientation of employees
- Plan, direct & coordinate the HR management activities of hotel in order to maximize strategic use of human resource and maintain function such as recruitment, selection, training performance management, employee compensation, health and safety and staff police.
- Ensure hotel is adequately staffed at all times, liaise with line managers to ensure the right numbers, right skills and competences are available in the short and long term. Direct and control support staff to ensure efficiency and alignment to the hotel strategies

- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administrating employment contracts and helping resolve work=related problems, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of staff relating to employment compensation, labor relations and employee relation.
