In HR department, I was responsible to :
-prepare reports and data (daily and weekly and monthly and annual) includes key performance indicators of human resources (HR KPI) attached analyzes.
- ensure Salaries preparation timely and accurately.
-improve and optimize processes in sections wages and time keeping (use of Makigami tool).
-monitor personnel costs (overtime, night hours ...).
-prepare the Personnel Planning Tool
-establish a procedural manual in payroll and time keeping sections
-manage international assignments (this task is reported directly to Leoni Germany).
