DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Manage, lead, and support the daily activities of
the inside sales department and supporting
departments
• Responsible for hiring and managing
performance of assigned departmental
employees
•Training, Workshop, Seminar, Event, Organisation and managing.
• Responsible for ensuring the assigned
employees are trained, understand and follow
Clients& Customers and supporting them to established quality standards.
• Responsible for employee development,
formalized and scheduled training programs for
assigned employees
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and
monitoring departmental goals and KPIs
• Manages the all Sales related projects including
new product roll outs
• Manage inside sales and supporting
departmental budgets
• Responsible for Process Improvement
• Support other departments as needed or
workload permits
• Special projects as assigned
*Directing on developing relationships and building new business with the telecom operators
In Iraq ( Zain, Asia Cell, Korek, and Sana Tel )
*Selling Scratch cards/airtime and sim cards will be the main sales focus
*Update the company`s technical/sales/factory/quality/management personnel on activities
*Develop and implement new plans to Establish market
*Work in close cooperation with clients, such as operations, goods, Equipment, Spare Parts, training of Sales personals.
*Establish effective local Sales and Public Relation.
*Devising & effectuating business development plans forth purpose of achieving pre
designated revenue plans.
*Imparting/organizing training programs for sales representatives/Distributors Sales men driving them to achieve preplanned business targets
*Training, motivating and mentoring personnel at the branch to achieve highest
performance levels.
*Manage sales Printing Machines, Equipment, Spare Parts relationships with Government / Ministry international clients in Iraq.
* Develop and implement new plans to Establish market
*Work in close cooperation with clients, such as operations, Printing Machines, Equipment, Spare Parts, training of Government personnels.
*Establish effective local Sales and Public Relation.
* Maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to maximise breadth of distribution in each territory in Kurdistan Region.
* Devising & effectuating business development plans for the purpose of achieving pre designated revenue plans.
* Imparting /organizing training programs for sales representatives/ Distributors Sales men driving them to achieve pre planned business targets
* Training, motivating and mentoring personnel at the branch to achieve highest performance levels.
* Supervises printwork and provide technical assistance to Department.
* Ensure that services are fully briefed regarding all requirements and that they deliver them in a timely and efficient manner.
*Respond to queries and complaints in an efficient and timely manner in order to restore Clients confidence.
*Undertake various administrative functions and other duties as directed by Management
* Keeps accurate records of discussions or correspondence with Management
* printing of color commercial printing and advertising material, newspapers, magazines and Packaging.
*Recording, Monitoring & Processing of Head Office & Branches network
* Set up and operate sheet-fed offset presses.
*Maintenance of printing machines& Controls.
*Controlling the printing process.
