Managing & Execution for construction of Pilling work, heavy Scrubber foundation, new laboratory building, workshop building, weir house building, security building underground cable tunnel work, concreted storm water drain, precasting & erection precast structures, construction of precast and cast in situ structure with high strength concreting. Activities includes mass mechanical excavation, dewatering, stone/gravel filling, compaction to achieve designed bearing capacity, shoring, formwork, scaffolding, placing of reinforcement, concrete pouring, concrete protection, grouting of equipment bases with non-shrink/epoxy grout materials, water proofing, mass filling, watering, compaction, Asphalting road of approx. 10km long, concreted slope protection, erection of heavy steel structure and precast concrete elements. Involved in making a quality product by supporting Quality departments, such as Quality Control (QC) & Quality Assurance (QA). Prepared method statement related to activities preparation of BBS, BOQ, Quantity measurements of all Civil related items like Excavation, Form work, Concrete, Steel, Masonry items, Fence items, preparation & certification of Joint Measurement record from Clients, making Measurement sheets in Excel sheets, Worked as a NOC coordinator with different
entities like Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM), Abu Dhabi Distribution Co (ADDC), Abu Dhabi Sewage Supply Company ( ADSSC), Etisalat, Du, GHQ Military, Etihad Rail, ADM FP Traffic, ADNOC to get No Objection Certificates prior to start any activity in Abu Dhabi which are mandatory.
(b) Project: Bab-2 Power Station in Habsan
Responsibilities: Managing &Supervision of Pilling work, construction of 400kv/33 kv Substation building, Fire water pumphouse, underground electrical cable tunnel which includes mass excavation, formwork, reinforcement, scaffolding, concreting, concrete protection, roof water proofing, backfilling, compaction, interlock tiles paving, concrete paving work, installation of precast concrete elements, internal & external finishing work, grouting of different equipment bases with Epoxy/non-shrink grout materials, Asphalting for the construction of new road, concreted storm water drain & New Sewage Line network proj. which includes construction of concreted Circular Manholes upto a depth of 5 mtr, dia 1.5(ID) laying, leak & Hydrotesting of 300 dia HDPE P/L & 100/150 dia PN-15 pressure pipe, construction of Concerted Pump Station, Slow Down Chamber of approx. 15 km long network with higher capacity to replace the existing net-work inside GASCO plant in Bu-Hasa, & concrete pavement activities etc. with full co-ordination with QA/QC depts. Prepared Method

Responsibilities: Supervision for the construction of Railway Culverts including wing wall, deck slab, Road Culverts, Road Gantry, Asphalt road work, construction of heavy equipment foundations with base grouting, Construction of ADM & Security building, Firewater & Oil Tank Pads for Multipurpose chemical terminal project in Haryana & M.P.

Supervision for the construction of Underground concrete Tunnel Work (approx. 5 km), water proofing with pressure grouting, laying of 1000 dia concrete sewage
line (1.5km) as well as concrete manholes of max 4 m depth, hydro testing,
Other Responsibilities:
•Manage & Supervise Civil team for the construction works
•To take care of Site HSE, to take of Environment.
•Planning & allocation of jobs considering Client requirements and in line with Project schedule
•Co-ordinate with design team for technical clarification
•To co-ordinate with HR/procurement team for advance arrangement of work force/approved materials.
•Review of job safety plans, job hazard analysis and risk assessment prior to job allocation
•Ensure strict compliance to CLIENTS Permit to work system
•Co-ordinate with site supervisors, sub-contractor, client & consultant, construction for smooth flow of works
•Ensure that site crews are meeting the daily target set based on normal productivity norms
•Arranging trade level training to enhance the competency and HSE awareness.
•Monitoring the progress & implementation of Safety procedures during the progress work.
•Ensure that jobs are executed with as per HSE, Quality standard and specification.
•Conducting regular site meeting to monitor the progress and to find out solutions for site problems.
