Responsibilities:
• Preparation of project specifications and Basis of Design.
• Structure Analysis and Design of Storage Tanks Foundations, Equipment’s Foundations including Machine Foundations, T-supports and Sleepers.
• BQ/MTO preparation as per client instruction.
• Co-ordination with Client and SMEC Ghana to update client response and requirements.
• Participated in squad checks to avoid clashes.
• Participated in HAZOP/HAZID ensuring project meet safety requirements.
• Design of drainage and roads including pavement design for all stations.
• Participated in preparation of CAPEX and OPEX studies.
• RCC Design and Steel Design of Buildings, Steel Sheds, Pipe Supports, Steel Connection Design, Pipe Racks, Skid Design, Equipment Support Structures, Foundation Design of Buildings and Steel Sheds (Isolated, combine, raft), Foundation Design of Storage Tanks, Pumps and Equipment, Retaining Walls, Underground Tanks and Culverts.
• Earthwork Design, Roads geometric and vertical design including profile, cross sections, intersection design using Civil-3D and MX-Road.
• Coordination and support to Construction Management/Project Management.
