Duties & Responsibilities.
Overall supervision for:
• Managing fabrication activities carried out by welders/contractors, ensuring the scope of work is achieved in accordance with contract requirement and time frame, and compliance with specifications and standard established.
• Plan and request for Material/Manpower/Machine required as per priority of projects from the production manager that need to be undertaken.
• Coordinating the activities of subordinated supervisors ensuring that the project steps are respected.
• Ensuring that contractor’s duties are performed by competent and experienced personnel and in sufficient number to achieve objectives.
• HSE, House Keeping, piping prefabrication including pipe supports, piping erections including pipe supports, spool pieces control.
• Check and monitor tools, equipment and welding consumables,
• Check and monitor preservation, pipe internal cleaning for small bore and large bore
• Piping internal inspection witness for large bore piping welding and fit-up.
• Check if the latest construction drawings are used.
• Consult Engineering problems.
• Check and consult spools delivery in site.
• Check work front and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Piping Erection, Welding and complete assembly of all the lines as per ISO.
• Approval by QC for welding Fit-up/Welding and Client’s Welding Inspector and Releasing for Radiography/Insulation and dispatch of finished goods.
• Daily participation to the meetings of the Production Department in order to establish the priority operations.
• Demanding workers to provide a good quality work and checking that all workers have the complete safety work equipment (overalls, gloves, glasses, helmets, safety harness and adequate tools).
• Daily preparation of the package of drawings and assigning it to leader men;
Daily progress in quality conditions with the required standards.
• To assign drawings to the workshop for start job.
• To assure all necessary materials are available to achieve desired production targets.

Duties & Responsibilities.
• Preparation of As Built Drawings in microstation.
• Red mark ups and handling of Site Technical Queries (STQ’s)as per the project specifications and standards.
• Site visits for dimensional verification of iso’s and provide engineering solutions to meet clients requirements as and when required.
• Managing construction activities carried out by contractors, ensuring the scope of work is achieved in accordance with contract requirements and timeframe, and in compliance with specifications and standards established.
• Participating in construction meetings with contractors.
• Reviewing and commenting on documentation produced by contractors (technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc) ensuring implementation of established procedures and good engineering practice.
• Reviewing and evaluating any change proposals / requests, ensuring appropriate technical support is provided in decision making.
• Providing engineering solution to the Construction Site Team, for studies and activities, a point of direct contact and liaison with various other project departments.

 Preparation of piping 3D model in SP3D/3DM
 Preparation of piping layout, isometrics and MTO of various piping layouts. Nozzle Orientations and vendor document review for other departments.
 Well-versed with P & ID, general arrangement drawings.
 Coordinate the day-to-day activities related to project execution.
 Monitor and correct any deviation in the drawings/design to suit client’s requirements.
 Communicate with clients for revision, modification and clarification of the project activities.

 Preparation of piping 3D model in PDS
 Well-versed with Piping modeling, isometric extraction using interactive and batch process, error solving during isometric extraction.
 Preparation of piping layout, isometrics and MTO of various piping layouts.
 Well-versed with P & ID, general arrangement drawings.
 Coordinate the day-to-day activities related to project execution.
 Monitor and correct any deviation in the drawings/design to suit client’s requirements.
 Communicate with clients for revision, modification and clarification of the project activities.
 Preparation of preliminary and bulk bill of material for detailing and procurement.
 Prepare specifications of items required at site/works as per standards and requirements.
